Rosoft Lame Encoder

Here is Rosoft Engineering's latest program in the Audio Tools series. This program is included in Rosoft Audio Tools 2.2.3 and forward. It is available as a stand-alone version. You can encode fast speed, normal speed, and high quality. You can set the bitrate up to 320 kbps. You can chose to use VBR or non-VBR, but note some hard ware DVD, CD, MP3 Player etc. can not read VBR. For example some DVD players can only reads CBR. Fast Mode encodes fast while High Quality mode takes more time. High Mode gives the best sound while Fast Mode doesn't give that good quality. This program supports the Lame ain't no Mp3 Encoder (LAME) project. To be able to use the program you need to download the file lame_enc.dll your self. If you go to http://www.RosoftEngineering.com/cgi/lameenc.cgi you will be redirected to lames official homepage from where you can download the DLL. Or if you find a site where you can by lame_enc.dll or a program that includes lame_enc.dll you can of course do that.
