VMPro2 provides you with the ideal platform for your membership management needs, producing & recording membership & Staff details and cards along with a means of tracking members usage of your facility using our bar code scanner system.

VMPro2 is an easy to use yet feature rich piece of software, which aims to cater for a wide array of membership needs. You don't have to use all of the functionality just what you require.

Our Active Badges / Members section displays a fully searchable list of your membership and allows you to edit/expire/re-print badges singularly or en-mass. Within the members record, you will find all the usual contact fields along with a free text area for special needs, 5 customizable fields and of course a notepad. You can even copy to clipboard the users contact details and paste them into your favorite letter and post just a single letter or via our report designer send a letter to your whole membership.

VM-Badge our badge designer provides you with a way of fully customizing your membership badge, with additional logo's, watermarks, additional fields, changes to text color & size etc.
