Publisher Indexer is an add-on that enables a Microsoft Publisher user to create: running headings and footings, a table of contents, and an index.
Publisher Indexer adds special master pages to Publisher documents. The user specifies which textstyles are to appear in page header/footers and the TOC, and which textstyles and/or phrases are to appear in the index. Publisher Indexer does the rest. It adds TOC and Index pages and textboxes for headers and footers.
Publisher Indexer also provides a revert facility that removes the elements it generates. So the user can modify the document and regenerate.
