  TrafMeter is a IP traffic accounting and Network Monitoring utility designed for administrators of small to medium size PC LANs. With TrafMeter, your IP traffic or IP traffic of your users can be quickly counted, saving time and money. TrafMeter uses a flexible set of filters and rules, so you will not count unnecessary IP traffic (for example, you may not count IP traffic between hosts in your LAN). Have you ever wondered about the your real Internet connection speed? Why web-servers are opened slowly? Where is your network bottleneck? TrafMeter has a unique feature that allows to realtime monitor the current bandwidth usage. Graphical curves of the filters can represent visually level of IP traffic, thus you can quickly determine who of your users is using most of all your Internet connection at current time. Traffic logging feature expands a program power: you may not only count IP traffic, you can log all IP packets headers transmitted in your network. With the traffic logging, you can get various information about your network (for example, what sites are visited by your users, what application-level protocols are used in your network and so on)
