"MCD Archiver" is a tool for managing of movie data stocks. It reads automatically your medias, helps at searching and at exchanging of movies. The following formats are supported: AVI, DIVX, MPEG, MPG, (S)VCD (*.dat).
"MCD Archiver" provides following functions: automatically scanning of medias determination of technical properties of movie files as codec, resolution, framerate etc. printing of overviews (lists) search (also similar results) comparison off different movie catalogs supprt for exchange movies notice rented movie medias personal rating of movies qualitative rating and much more

The tool uses DirectX, and so it supports every file type you have installed a DirectX filter for. You have only to install such a filter and to select "all files" in the add movie dialog. just avi and mpeg's tho!!?
why not all the other dozen or so?
