NCTImageStudio ActiveX DLLs is a package of 12 controls that allow you to implement any kind of imaging routines within your application. It features an understandable interface and visual examples for Borland Delphi and C++ Builder, MS Office, VC++, Visual Basic, and VB.Net. It helps you to implement such features as getting images from scanners, TV tuners, Web and digital cameras, image files management and conversion, saving a set of existing images as an AVI video file, drawing various primitives within images, apply various color adjustments, digital filters, transformations and photographic effects to images, and more. The following image formats are supported: BMP, ICO, CUR, ANI, WMF, EMF, JPEG, J2K (JPEG2000), GIF, PNG, TIFF, PCX, TGA, RAS. It has royalty free distribution rights.
