  A Program File Launcher. Express Files is designed as an elementary tabbed toolbar with drag and drop operations. Simply drag executable files, folders, documents or shortcuts and drop them on the toolbar to create a new button. The main features include; Drag and Drop files to the toolbar, Drag the toolbar, Load dropped files, Tabbed Pages, Clock, Multiple Event Schedular , Create Desktop Shortcuts, Change Icons, Large 32x32 or Small 16x16 Icons, Always on top, Hide to System Tray, Sort Pages and Buttons, Properties are saved to a local INI file, no registry entries, Wrapable, Load on Windows Startup, Show / Hide Title bar, Loads a custom drag bar image.
