  Windows IP & Socket Monitor is a toolbox for analyzing and controlling IP and Socket activities of Windows applications. It is designed for programmers, beginners of IP and Socket, as well as common Windows users.

This toolbox has two programs, Windows Socket Monitor and IP Monitor.

Windows Socket Monitor records and displays socket API calls made by applications, with parameters and return value details. You can also control the behavior of some socket APIs, such as socket, connect, accept.

Windows IP Monitor records and displays the IP packets in, out or passing your computer. It helps to better understand what is behide socket APIs.
