  This is an executeable, that sits into your system tray and shows a small icon. By right-clicking on the icon, a menu pops up that enabley you to:

1) close all internet-explorer windows
2) close all open windows and applications
3) maximize all open windows and applications
4) minimize all open windows and applications
5) Quit

By left-clicking on the icon, the first command (close all internet-explorer windows) is executed. There is also a Hotkey combination supplied by this program to do the same... just press WIN + SPACE.
